Constitution

 

The City of Shoalhaven Eisteddfod Inc. constitution provides the necessary governance direction for the smooth operation of the organisation.  The Constitution is amended from time to time based on Government recommendations as part of the registration requirements of the Department of Fair Trading.

 

To this end, the Department has recommended a number of changes to our Constitution to align with present standards. The changes were approved by members at the Annual General Meeting on the 23rd February 2017.
